Cleaning Service Agreement
Dust and Polish Cleaning Services
This Cleaning Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made between:
Service Provider: Dust and Polish Cleaning Services ("Company")
1. Scope of Services
The Company agrees to provide cleaning services as requested by the Client. Services may include standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move‑in/move‑out cleaning, or specialty services as agreed in writing.
The Company does not provide hazardous cleaning (biohazards, mold, pests, bodily fluids) or heavy lifting of items over 25 lbs.
2. Payment Terms
- • Payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- • Accepted payment methods include cash, card, or approved digital payment platforms.
- • No refunds will be issued after services are completed.
- • Any unpaid balance must be cleared before future appointments can be scheduled.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- • The Client must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
- • Same‑day cancellations or no‑shows may be charged 100% of the service fee.
- • Repeated cancellations may result in termination of service.
4. Liability & Damage Policy
- • The Company is not responsible for damage to items that are old, fragile, unstable, worn-out, improperly installed, or already in poor condition.
- • The Client is responsible for securing valuables, fragile items, and sentimental objects before service.
- • Any accidental damage caused by cleaner negligence must be reported within 24 hours for review.
- • The Company is not responsible for pre‑existing damage, structural issues, or malfunctioning appliances.
5. Access to Property
- • The Client must ensure safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled appointment time.
- • If cleaners cannot access the property within 15 minutes, the appointment may be marked as a no‑show and applicable fees may apply.
- • For key or code entry, the Client is responsible for ensuring the information is correct and functional.
6. Safety & Working Conditions
- • Cleaners must have a safe working environment.
- • The Company reserves the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary beyond normal cleaning, or violate health standards.
- • Pets must be secured during cleaning for the safety of both the animal and the cleaners.
7. Supplies & Equipment
- • The Company provides professional cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise agreed.
- • If the Client requests the use of their own products, the Company is not responsible for the results or any damage caused by those products.
8. Quality Assurance
- • If the Client is unsatisfied with any part of the service, concerns must be reported within 24 hours.
- • The Company may offer a touch‑up at no additional cost, depending on the situation.
- • A touch‑up does not qualify as a refund or partial refund.
9. Confidentiality
The Company agrees to keep all client information, property details, and personal items confidential. No photos or recordings will be taken without permission.
10. Termination of Service
The Company reserves the right to terminate service for:
- • Unsafe or hostile environments
- • Harassment or inappropriate behavior
- • Repeated cancellations or non‑payment
- • Conditions outside the scope of standard cleaning
11. Agreement to Terms
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Cleaning Service Agreement.
